Сравнительный анализ программ профессиональной подготовки специалистов, работающих с девиантными подростками
The article discusses modern approaches to the professional training of specialists working with adolescents demonstrating deviant behavior. Special attention is paid to the analysis of existing educational programs and initiatives to improve the skills of specialists working with deviant adolescents. The article highlights the main problems of training specialists, including the reduction of the practical component of programs, which diminishes their willingness to actually work with deviant adolescents. A comprehensive training model is proposed, focused on increasing the share of practical classes, the introduction of internships, and the use of modern technologies to increase the effectiveness of preventive and correctional work with adolescents.
