The monograph is devoted to the issues of protection of information contained in various public registers (the Unified state register of real estate, the Unified state register of legal entities, registers of securities owners, register of foreign agents, etc.) by means of criminal law. The monograph builds a systemic and comprehensive idea of the protection of social relations that develop regarding such registers by the norms of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. To achieve this goal, normative legal material, legislation of foreign states, current case law, statistical data from various authorities, and scientific works were studied. The paper is intended for representatives of the academic community, PhD students and students of law schools, practicing lawyers and all those interested in criminal law.
