Преступления против правосудия в уголовном праве Швейцарии и России: сравнительно-правовой анализ
Based on regulatory and doctrinal sources, the authors of this article conduct a comparative legal analysis of the system of crimes against justice in the criminal law of Switzerland and Russia. They examine the most significant differences between the two systems, including the establishment of criminal liability in the Swiss Criminal Code of 1937 for providing false explanations in a civil trial, as well as for concealing any crime, not just a particularly serious or serious crime committed against a person under the age of 14 (in contrast to the Russian Criminal Code of 1996). The advantages and disadvantages of the approaches discussed have been analyzed. This article can be useful for anyone interested in domestic and foreign criminal law, including issues of liability for crimes against justice.
