Анализ отношения старшеклассника к классному руководителю
Introduction: Education in the Russian Federation is a single purposeful process that includes upbringing aimed at personal development and the formation of spiritual and moral values. The main task of education at school is to instill in pupils’ national priorities and qualities necessary for successful life in society. In this context, the role of the class teacher becomes key: he or she not only organizes the learning process, but also creates a supportive atmosphere, helping pupils to adapt and achieve success. The class teacher is a link between all participants in the educational process, which makes his or her task truly significant for the full-fledged upbringing and education.
Research Methods: The article presents the results of a study aimed at analyzing the attitude of senior pupils (9-11 grades) to the class teacher. The obtained data were analyzed by the method of factor analysis. The peculiarities and possibilities of using factor analysis in the study of senior pupils' attitude to the class teacher were revealed.
Results (Findings): Based on the presented material, several important conclusions can be drawn about the quality of a class teacher from the point of view of senior pupils. Pupils appreciate the class teacher's ability to interact both at the class and individual level, to show initiative and willingness to help, and to be a role model. It is important that mutual understanding, trust and support remain key in any relationship, which ultimately creates a favorable educational environment.
Conclusions: Thanks to the conducted research, six groups of classroom teacher abilities were formed, which may be key to understanding the attitude of a high school student to the classroom teacher.
