The publication sets out the main provisions of the general course on private international law. The General Part considers the issues of the theory of private international law – concept, subject, system, method, sources. The main attention is paid to the issues of conflict of laws and the specifics of law enforcement in private international law. In the Special Part, special institutions and sub-branches of private international law are analyzed: international property law, international contract law, international private transport law, international private currency law, international private labor law, international private intellectual property law, international tort law, international inheritance law, international family law. A separate part is devoted to the issues of international civil procedure and international commercial arbitration. The problems of transnational bankruptcy (international bankruptcy law) and international notarial law are considered as independent topics. It meets the current requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education.
