The monograph considers issues of management of innovation development, through improving efficiency of technology transfer. The relevance of the issue under consideration in the Russian economy is not to be questioned, as confirmed by numerous initiatives of scientific and governmental organizations for development of transfer infrastructure, its institutions and practices. In the context of the stated initiatives are various activities, for example, the creation of a network of technology transfer centers in leading universities of the country, improving legislation on intellectual results to increase interest of authors (developers) in commercializing their products. The monograph is devoted to analysis and assessment of the current state of technology transfer, in its materials proposals on measures for managing parameters and indicators of technology transfer in the Russian economy are formulated.
