The course consistently outlines methodological approaches to the implementation of the process of technology brokerage. The conceptual basis of technology brokerage as a branch of technological entrepreneurship, strategies of technology brokerage in innovation activities of organizations are presented, models of commercialization of innovative technological developments are described. Various methods of assessment of potential technologies, algorithm of design system transfer of technologies, methodology of assessment of readiness of technological projects, methodology of technology audit, that can be used in the context of assessing the strategic potential of technologies. Presented some aspects of the strategy of specialized manpower (technology broker) necessary for successful transfer of technologies. An overview of various methods of evaluation of the effectiveness of implementation of innovative technological solutions, venture investments in technological development. The main purpose of the presentation is to provide students with knowledge, skills and abilities in managing processes of technological development. Corresponds to the federal state education standard of higher education. Intended for students of higher education institutions, graduate students, teachers, students of the system of qualification improvement, as well as readers interested in the long-term management of the process of development and introduction of technological developments.
