This collection, which is part of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) system, includes materials submitted by Congress participants for discussion. The published articles reflect current issues in the formation of promising areas of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation and its subjects, in particular the emergence of elements of Economy 5.0, in the context of the digital economy and technological sovereignty. The collection is addressed to representatives of science, business, government bodies and specialists involved in issues of the new economy, development and implementation of the concept of technological sovereignty aimed at accelerating the transition of the Russian economy to an independent innovative path of development.
