Определение эффективности применения реминерализующего препарата на эмаль и дентин зубов методом растровой микроскопии после процедуры химического отбеливания: экспериментальное нерандомизированное исследование
Abstract. Today, tooth discoloration is one of the common problems for people of different age groups and population groups. This is a fairly common and polyetiological type of pathology of hard dental tissues that does not have a universal treatment method. The aim of the work is to study the need to use enamel-sealing liquid on dental tissue after the procedure of chemical teeth bleaching. Materials and methods. The experiment involved 24 teeth removed for orthodontic reasons. The procedure of chemical teeth bleaching was carried out using the Opalescence Xtra Boost system. Remineralizing therapy was carried out using enamel-sealing liquid. The elemental composition of enamel and dentin was studied using energy-dispersive spectroscopy. Results. With traditional bleaching without the use of a remineralizing agent and with bleaching with a single use of liquid, the width of the dental tubules increases noticeably, thereby increasing the permeability between enamel and dentin. With repeated use of liquid, a decrease in the width of the dental tubules is observed, and, consequently, a decrease in the entry gate for infection. Conclusion. The use of liquid helps to remove organic plaque from the tooth surface, preserve and replenish the composition of microelements that ensure tooth strength, reduce the width of the dental tubules and, as a result, reduce tooth hypersensitivity.
