n his being an effective leader and subordinate interaction is of particular interest , and the study of leadership styles is crucial to improve the "human resource " of the company , due to what they can achieve great results without resorting to unnecessary financial costs.

Background research is due to the need to develop a mechanism for diagnosing control systems aimed at improving the efficiency of Russian organizations in a market economy , the study supervisor roles and styles of leadership that is vital for the proper use of "human resource " of the company , due to which they will be able to increase its efficiency.

The aim of the study is to develop a diagnostic tool management system.

The object of study - the theory of managerial roles.

The subject of the study - professional competence of managers and their role in management .
