Об оценке риска применения технологий искусственного интеллекта

The article examines the factors influencing the determination of the risk level of the use of AI systems. The authors conclude that in order to determine the level of risk, it is necessary to assess the influence of such interrelated factors as the type of AI technology, its scope, and the status of the developer. To solve this problem, it is proposed to construct a simplex in three-dimensional space or use a petal histogram. It is proposed to determine risk categories by divisions of risk assessment scales (extremely high, high, significant, medium, moderate, low). Accordingly, the level of risk of applying a certain AI technology can be defined as the area of a simplex or triangle.
