The monograph is one of the first attempts to generalize
the modern experience of NPOs and NGOs in foreign countries from
the point of view of a civilizational approach and thereby is opening up
the new discussion research fields.
It considers the theoretical foundations for the study of the
“third sector” in the context of the civilizational approach, the activi-
ties of NPOs and NGOs in the context of various civilizational models,
practical aspects of the organization and activities of NPOs and NGOs.
For researchers, teachers, graduate students, students imple-
menting educational programs for training specialists in the field of
public and scientific diplomacy, the organization and work of NPOs
and NGOs with regard to the civilizational specifics of the state, and
for everyone interested in modern issues of the activities of organiza-
tions of the non-profit sector.
