О понятии ассертивности в бизнес-коммуникации
The focus of the article is on the category of conflict in a scientific text and its translation. The work «Metaphors we live by» by G.Lakoff and M.Johnson is taken as a source for the analysis.
The aim of the study is to determine the dependency of girls’ certain election of behavioral responses to frustrating situations in adolescence from complexes of roles specific to the participants of intra-family interaction in childhood. As the subjects were women aged 18-20 years, who are college students of Nizhny Novgorod. Testing was conducted using the following methods of blank: Methods SACS (coping strategies) S. Hobfoll (N.E. Vodopyanova and E.S.Starchenkova ), the method of "family social roles" (Child’s roles) (E.N.Vasileva, A . V.Orlov). The analysis of the data revealed complexes of roles for children, either increasing or decreasing the probability of assertiveness, aggression or avoidance of girls in response to stressful situation. Results can be used by psychologists-consultants working with the family, and psychologists, exploring this area of knowledge.
The article is focused on the subjec-matter of activity mediation of interpersonal relationships. In contrast with functional-role and personal-emotional ones it is determined by orientation of people's activity towards "universal "I" and by logic of the "object". Levels-layers of intragroup relationships determined by the goal of collaborative activity, personal-business relationships, private emotional-personal relationships are described. The reasons for qualitative difference between activity-mediated relationships in a collectivity and activity-mediated relationships in a corporation as well as the potential of activity-mediated relationships to "warm up" private emotional relationships in a group are analyzed. Phenomena and peculiarities in life of a group revealed by the author of activity mediation theory are related to categories of transactional analysis and the other systems of counseling psychology. That gives the way to the special - personological - approach to the further research.
Textbook is devoted to the main aspects of interpersonal relationships of employees of internal Affairs bodies, affecting the socio-psychological climate in the service teams and morale of the personnel. The characteristics of the collective as the highest organizational form of existence of a small group are described.
