Today, a significant problem for Russia is the sedentary lifestyle of the population, which negatively affects the health of the nation and provokes a decrease in the life expectancy of Russians. RLMS - HSE monitoring data shows that three-quarters of the country's citizens do not exercise. In the remaining quarter, the following forms of physical activity are most common: light physical exercises for rest less than three times a week - 11.2 %; daily physical training for 30 minutes a day - 6.3 % ; moderate to high-intensity exercise less than three times a week - 4.3 % .
