Современные подходы к усилению роли банков в развитии корпоративного сектора экономики
The main approaches of bank corporate business to strategy of a choice of the target markets of sale and forming of the offer of bank products for prospective and current enterprise customers are analysed. On the basis of the characteristic of the existing phenomena interpretation of "current state" is given and modern approaches to strengthening of a role of banks in development of corporate sector of economy are offered.
The detailed characteristic of the current state of the banking sector in Russia and the reasons for the commitment of Russian banks to the business model of commoditization is given. The advantages of the alternative model of customization are analyzed. The case demonstrating the technology of implementation of the client-centered approach in the banking model of customization is considered based on big data analysis.
The organization structure and the forms of decisions of the Eurasian Economic Commission were investigated. The author analyzes the making procedures of decisions and recommendations of the Council and the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
The GRU-based recurrent neural networks (RNN) for constructing recommendation systems are proposed. Such systems are mainly developed by large companies for specific domains. At the same time, small companies don’t have the necessary resources to develop their own unique systems. Therefore, they need universal recommendation system (or recommender platform) automatically customized for a specific domain. This system allows to develop own recommendation system from scratch for companies whose services are under development. The RNN-based approach is proposed for session-based recommendation with automatically modelling of the domain. This approach is based on the content analysis of the web sites. Several modifications to classic RNNs such as a ranking loss function that make it more viable for this specific problem are considered. General scheme of the approach and architecture of the recommendation system based on proposed scheme are described in this paper.
