The aim is to analyze the impact of employment on the Internet on family relationships. Such employment can lead it leads to as negative so positive changing in family relationships.
The second half of the XX century was marked by a dramatic change in the information sector of the economy, which led to the serious transformation in traditional labor relations. There have appeared new forms of mass employment such as freelance and telejob. However in Russia this subject has not been studied yet while there is a large number of relevant empirical and theoretical studies carried out in the developed countries The paper presents a review of Western quantitative studies devoted to freelance and conducted since the beginning of the 2000s. The following issues are reflected upon: elaboration of new terminology, cross-country freelance statistics, advantages and disadvantages of freelance, motivation of freelancers, structure of work process; relations between freelancers and their customers; and professional communities of freelancers.
The book is aimed at B1-B2 English language learners majoring in the fields of management and economics (marketing, management, enterprise management, logistics, human resource management). It includes nine chapters covering the areas relevant for building language competencies of a contemporary manager: leadership, team management, freelancing, customer care, marketing and entering new markets, advertising and branding, international cooperation. Each chapter contains active vocabulary sections, exercises for individual and group work aimed at developing professional and language skills of learners.
The book is relevant as it provides the integrated approach to buidling professional and language skills of a manager through role plays, presentations, case studies. The tasks enable learners to develop autonomy and critical thinking skills.
This paper is devoted to the contradiction between the regulation of labor relations and real practices of work. The modern labor market is characterized by its decentralization and destandardization, active introduction of the latest information technologies, automation and robotization of a number of production processes. In these conditions, state regulation faces serious difficulties caused by the irrelevance of certain legal technologies and the need for rapid creation and constant updating of new ones. The basis for this study was such a modern form of employment as Internet employment, which has a high degree of variability.
