Уточнение характеристик модели стали при плоскодеформируемом сжатии
In this paper one study the compression experimental data with plane strain. The aim of this paper – to get the refined parameters, included in the material state equation for a qualitative mathematical simulation of metal forming processes. As material was selected high-strength steel HC420LA. An approximations of deformation dependences (stress, strain, strain rate, temperature) were obtained. Based on this data an approximate mathematical model were made. And with this model were developed computer simulation, where refinement coefficients were found. Thus, one can correct and make complete model for this kinds of temperatures and strain rates.
