Опыт внедрения междисциплинарного взаимодействия в высшем образовании для адаптации к современным интеграционным процессам (кейс НИУ ВШЭ)
The report deals with the topical issues of interdisciplinary interaction development in higher education on the example of the experience of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University). The approaches to developing interdisciplinary competences of young specialists in the context of modern integration processes and global challenges are provided. The key stages of interdisciplinary approaches implementation at the HSE are described, including project work, university-wide educational profiles ‘Minor’ and modules ‘Magolego’, as well as specialised research seminars. Special attention is paid to the role of basic departments and the student stage of the Core Competences Co-investment Platform project in developing interdisciplinary interaction. Recommendations for improving educational processes aimed at enhancing the quality of students' training and their relevance in the labour market are proposed.
