In the works of the conference presented reports of materials dedicated to research the passage of charged and neutral particles processes, X-ray and gamma radiations through matter, electron-atom, atom-atom, ion-atom and others. Collisions in solids, orientation phenomena in the interaction of high-energy particles solid, radiation-induced and radiation-induced phenomena in solids, radiation effects on the physical and chemical properties and structure of metal, semiconductor and dielectric materials, the influence of space factors on the properties of structural and functional materials and spacecraft coatings, radiation-technological methods modification and processing of materials in order to improve their performance properties, creation and production of nano-materials and environmentally friendly materials with low induced radioactivity.
This is a continuation of research on shock alloying metals chemically interacting elements with concentrated flows of energy [1-6]. It has been shown that under the influence of high-temperature plasma stream of the plasma at focus type plants can be produced pseudoalloys tungsten-copper, copper-niobium. Welding was performed in a solid state immiscible wafer W and copper obtained low-resistance electrical contacts ~ 10-6 Ohm * m, suitable for electrical power equipment. High speed particle penetration of copper (Cu) and niobium (Nb), tungsten and copper in the substrate to a depth of more than 2 ÷ 20 microns provides good adhesion obtained pseudo W-Cu and Cu-Nb. It is known that tungsten pseudoalloys with copper and silver are widely used in various power switches electric current . Service life of the current switches pseudoalloys 6 times the performance of current switches with copper plates. However, production of W-Cu pseudoalloys and W-Ag powder metallurgy method is rather time consuming and costly process . Getting pseudo W-Cu and W-Ag on the pulse of high-energy plasma systems such as plasma focus (PF) is a simple process that does not require time-consuming training materials. The aim of the work was to obtain the electrical contacts on the basis of pseudo W-Cu and W-Ag, as well as their compositions W-Cu, Ag for low-current electronics and microelectronics on the installation type PF.
The peculiarities of the formation and transformation of radiation defects in the layers of silicon wafers implanted by hydrogen ions in the course of heat treatment are studied. Using the methods of high-resolution X-ray diffractometry, the evolution of radiation defects in the annealing process.
