In most projects aimed at modernization of existing production lines and units a new group of mechatronic objects - interconnected multi-motor electric drives - is used. For the efficient and safe operation of this type of drives it is necessary to solve a number of problems, one of which is the development of methods and tools to synchronize the rotation of activators dynamically. The purpose of the research is to create a non-contact sensor for measuring the rotation of the activator. The basis of the developed sensor is a fiber optic converter with external modulation, with which you can implement a non-contact method of measuring displacement of reflective label installed on the shaft of remote devices. To compensate the non-informative factors affecting the accuracy of the position measurement, the original block diagram and processing algorithm were developed which provides stable and accurate registration of appearing the reflective labels under the fiber end when using the sensor in a production environment. The results of the research have made a theoretical basis for the design of the two measuring devices: a high-speed tachometer and a sensor for control of synchronicity rotation in the dynamic mode.
Using video on the Internet has become a common practice, but the television-like ‘passive viewer’ approach misses the benefits of the interactive nature of the Internet. The technological limitations of television can be overridden by the Internet. Having multiple sources of input does not mean they should be merged into one editor-controlled flat output. Treating streams as objects, it is possible to make viewers editors for their screens whenever they want, or let them watch a pre-edited version. Active streams are distributed to viewers to gain control over the scene layout. Recorded scenes can be remastered whenever needed and represented in different views simultaneously. For lectures and conference recordings, inline slide browsing is also possible. This approach was successfully tested in the Viditory.net project for the broadcasting and recording of conferences with multi-camera shots and remote speakers. Despite the Adobe Flash platform becoming obsolete, it is possible to implement similar capabilities on modern platforms and by using modern technologies.
The analysis of one of the areas of information and communication technologies is associated with the creation of collections of electronic documents, in particular, in the form of electronic journals. Creating electronic versions of scientific journals promotes dissemination of research results and the exchange of scientific results among members of the scientific community. Advantages of electronic publications are those of their properties, as an operational contribution of incoming materials, permanent access to articles, unlimited amount of material, reducing manufacturing costs by reducing the magazines printing costs. The article describes and analyzes the number of features and problems relating to the legal, organizational and technological aspects of the formation, presentation and publication of electronic journals.
The article presents results of the research of methods of quantitative analysis of conflicts, arising during information technology project realization and evaluation of their use for appraisal according to Capability Maturity Model Integration.
Paper is devoted to the development of an original method of identifying a set of diagnostic features of electronic means, which meets the requirements of the depth and completeness of testing. A criterion for assessing the significance of features for ranking and informed choice diagnosed elements. Results may be recommended for testability design electronic means
