Мобильная связь: факторы и механизмы воздействия на человека
In the modern world, mobile phone has become invisible and indispensable companion of man, leading to a series of psychological, economic, political and socio-cultural changes. Growing interest to the studies of psychological consequences of mobile network is related to the proliferation of "problem" use of mobiles and development of specific forms of dependence. This article reviews studies of psychological factors and the effects of mobile phones. From the psychology of body functions regulation perspective the mechanisms (changes of boundaries) that lead to addiction and determine social-psychological processes related to changes perpetuation are considered. The paper outlines a range of psychological and behavioral effects of mobile communication - both relatively "normative" (from the point of view of society or certain social groups) and pathological. Personal, situational and technology-related factors of mobile phone use are discussed. Possible variants of "transition" to consequences are offered as well as opportunities of normal adaptation to mobile technology are discussed.
