Новые правила для конкурентной политики в отношении цифровых платформ: сравнительный анализ (Россия, США, Китай, ЕС)

The characteristics of digital platforms are described. The analysis of the diffi culties in applying traditional approaches to digital platforms is provided. The goal is to characterize and compare the existing and draft laws that will serve as the cornerstone of competition policy for digital platforms in the United States, the European Union, China, and Russia. The question of whether there are diff erences between Russian legislation regulating the activity of digital platforms and new foreign laws is answered.
