Приоритизация военной помощи США
Aid policy is one of the important instruments of American foreign policy. In recent years, about 60-70 billion dollars have been spent on it annually, which is about 1% of United States GDP. Most of these funds are spent on economic aid, but military aid got also a lot of money. This article examines how the United States of America uses military assistance to solve foreign policy problems and how the prioritization of assistance to certain countries is carried out depending on the political situation in the world and United States key interests. It also focuses on the study of American military assistance to Ukraine in the period 2022-2023. In the article it is analyzed how the provision of military assistance to Ukraine changes depending on the involvement of the United States in a proxy conflict with Russia, as well as what methods the United States of America uses to provide this assistance and with the help of what tools and programs this is carried out. Also in the article is explained how United States of America is trying to manage a military conflict using the transfer of different types of equipment to reach different goals.
