In modern conditions, engineering and technical support systems are the most significant and necessary part of life, the functioning of the economy and the investment attractiveness of the country as a whole and its individual regions. Engineering and technical support systems include a large number of facilities and a set of equipment that provide electricity, gas, heat and water supply to consumers. The prospects for the socio-economic development of remote and hard-to- reach territories are closely related to the availability of connection (technological connection) to various types of resources. For consumers, the issues of openness and the possibility of joining the engineering and technical support systems are very relevant, as they positively affect the freedom of enterprise, employment of the population and, ultimately, the quality of life.
