This work is devoted to the creation of an information-analytical system for identifying causal relationships between events recorded in the IT infrastructure. The purpose of such a system is to increase the efficiency of support engineers by identifying possible causes of events, thereby reasonably directing the search and investigation of events, incidents and problems. The paper shows the use of templates as a way of primary classification of events, without revealing the semantics / meaning of the event. Extracting templates from raw records is a preprocessing step. For the purpose of extracting templates, a template engine was developed that automates this process. The claimed system is implemented using open, free, well-established tools, such as the Rsyslog logging server and the developed application software - Tabler.
The economy of modern Russia is characterized by a number of problems: unemployment and the unemployed population, new requirements on the part of employers for vocational education, the discrepancy between the employers ’personnel needs and the professional capabilities of university graduates. All this is a consequence of the disagreement of the most important areas of modern society - the labor market and education. The increasing complexity of tasks requiring solutions in practice leads to an increase in employers' requirements for the level of training of graduates, which underlies the existing imbalance in the labor market according to qualitative criteria. The article presents the results of neural network modeling of the interaction of subjects of labor markets and educational services. The paper demonstrates the necessity of forming models and procedures of management decision making for improving the quality of higher education management. The authors examine monitoring results of some higher education institutions effectiveness, alumni employment, student surveys as information resources of such an approach. Structuring of these resources is carried out by means of the indexing theory. In order to implement this multistep procedure of management decision making the authors processed and analysed data through the integral estimation, built ranking arrays and clusterized the educational institutions. As well, the authors used neural simulation of depending the rates of quality education upon the factors characterizing conditions and resources. Optimization models and numeric procedures of decision making providing compensation of the revealed deviations from standard requirements are also developed.
The article deals with the problems associated with the widespread introduction of digital and information technologies in various sectors of the economy of the Russian Federation, including in the transport and logistics sector. Digitalization and informatization of the transport complex, logistics processes that were perceived not so long ago as something far from reality, today are the basis of modern transport business processes prove their necessity and efficiency. The paper analyzes various informational technical transport systems (ITS) of transport and transport infrastructure management, and shows that the implementation process is not quite systematic on Russian roads. It is shown that the lack of common standards and technological platforms leads to the emergence of a number of problems, such as electromagnetic and information incompatibility, unacceptable threats and risks, cyber security, organizational disunity, inconsistency and chaos of ITS management. It is shown that to create and ITS transport industry, it is necessary to promote a unified set of standards, a single technological platform, use the principles of system engineering and build an IT architecture and infrastructure. Not timely adoption of integration measures may further lead to a traffic collapse, or Russia's lag in the development of intelligent transport and transport infrastructure.
This volume presents new results in the study and optimization of information transmission models in telecommunication networks using different approaches, mainly based on theiries of queueing systems and queueing networks .
The paper provides a number of proposed draft operational guidelines for technology measurement and includes a number of tentative technology definitions to be used for statistical purposes, principles for identification and classification of potentially growing technology areas, suggestions on the survey strategies and indicators. These are the key components of an internationally harmonized framework for collecting and interpreting technology data that would need to be further developed through a broader consultation process. A summary of definitions of technology already available in OECD manuals and the stocktaking results are provided in the Annex section.
