In the article the subjective (personal, internal) criteria of professional success are analyzed, as well as a subjective attitude as a communication mechanism between the professional identity, personal meaning and values, which regulates professional activities and influences its course and results. Professional identity, personal meanings and values ​​are considered as factors of subjective attitudes to professional success.
