Особенности применения технологии таможенной логистики в рамках единого экономического пространства
Legal, economic and organizational principles to use the logistics technologies in the customs sphere are investigated in the article. Speсific composition and characteristic features of the application of the customs logistic technologies within the framework of Comon Economic Space of EurAsEC are considered.
The article analyzes the historical background of the emergence and development of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan on the example of the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance, the German Customs Union and the Southern African Customs Union.
Mathematical material directly related to information protection issues is presented. The main attention is paid to strict mathematical substantiation, effective implementation and analysis of labor intensiveness of algorithms used in cryptographic applications. The description of modern cryptographic schemes and protocols using the stated theoretical information is given. The course contains a presentation built on the principle of "from simple to complex", which will allow mastering the material under consideration without substantial use of additional literature.
This paper analyzes Belarus energy system, relations between Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia in the framework of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space. The consequences of the recent political crisis in Ukraine will inevitably lead to the review of the relations between the European Union and Russia. In these new conditions, the members of the Common Economic Space of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia must develop a new concept of energy security. This new concept should allow to decrease substantially the influence of the export of hydrocarbons on the economic development of abovementioned countries, thus increasing the competitiveness of their national economies. As a first measure, the members of the Eurasian Union should create the single energy market
Hungary, Romania and Turkey, which previously had much in common (including huge external imbalances), now seem to be following different paths. Hungary was able to orchestrate a fast but painful transition to a positive current account (and thus stabilized its external debt/GDP ratio), Romania's current account deficit has decreased, although the balance remains negative, and Turkey is still struggling to finance its external deficit of over 7% of GDP.
Hronodiskretnye comparative studies can be made, in our opinion, not only in relation to certain governmental and legal institutions that have taken place in different historical periods in one country, but also in respect of inter-state organizations that existed in different eras, but possessed with a certain set of similar functions . In this paper, we try to make a comparative study of hronodiskretnoe Council for Mutual Economic Assistance and the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
Die rechtliche Gestaltung der Zollunion Russlands, Weißrusslands und Kasachstans im Rahmen der Eurasischen Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft hat das russische öffentliche Recht vor eine neue Aufgabe gestellt, die nicht nur angesichts ihrer theoretischen Prämissen aktuell ist1, sondern auch eine besondere praktische Bedeutung hat. Es handelt sich um das Verhältnis zwischen supranationaler und nationaler Regulierung im Zollbereich.
The monograph based on a study of legal acts of the World Trade Organization and periodical literature examines the history of the creation of the GATT / WTO, its structure, goals and principles. On the basis of statistical data and other sources describes the process of Russia's accession to the WTO, analyzed the socio-economic consequences, examines the process of adaptation of Russian business, higher education and the ability of the Customs Union in the framework of Russia's membership in the WTO. The author focuses on the possible negative effects on the regional level and in various sectors of the economy. On the basis of the analysis carried out by forming conclusions and provides guidance for the development of adaptation to Russian WTO rules.
