Процессы формирования локальных культур и особенности их исследования
The article deals with the problem of researching of local cultures. It is connected with a question of variety of cultural experience. One of the most important aspects of the given problem is a definition of approaches and methods to the analysis of local cultures, processes of their formation and revealing of their peculiar features. Research of the specific in local cultures means the movement from the general to the particular, from the definition of the maintenance of local culture through its regional specificity to specific features.
The article deals with the cultural and philosophical analysis of the local culture of Alsace. The author examines the concept of local culture from the perspective of the theory of civilization and defines the culture Alsace as a system of values of a historically specific community of people that exists within some boundaries. The researcher highlights the specific features of the local culture of borderline synthetic type.
For improving efficiency of foreign language studies for professional purposes in nonlinguistic higher education establishments in the cultures dialogue context the contents of learningmust be completed with intercultural professional communication aspects including the knowledge of national cultures features of learning language country and understanding of their influence in different spheres of business life . The extension of contents of learning requires elaboration of new elective courses and creation of learning materials based on andragogical principles of learning taking into account adult learners’ specific characteristics.

The book includes materials of the Eighth International Conference The Phenomenon of Creative Person in Culture: in Honor of Prof. Fatyuschenko (Faculty of Foreign Languages and Area Studies, Moscow State University, 26–27 October 2018). The theme of the conference reflects the special research direction developed by the Department of Comparative Literature and Culture (http://www.ffl.msu.ru/faculty/departments/literatures-and-cultures/), aimed to examine the phenomenon of creative personality through the prism of Russian and world literature. The subject headings of the edition represent the names of sections, thus displaying the specific range of problems discussed by the participants.
The research examines relationship of language and culture, emphasizes bilateral character between language and culture. By the development of Alsatian local culture and Alsatian dialect, language analyzed as a marker of identity of local culture, which participates in inter-ethnic and intercultural interaction.
A joint research project carried out by an interdisciplinary group of Russian and Swedish linguists, sociologists and educators-psychologists (the Swedish Institute grant), besides solving pragmatic tasks of finding out relative quantitative-qualitative specificity of national cognitive representations of values, first of all, had methodological goals. They were to check the efficiency of the linguistic methods developed in this study (and, thus, to prove the theoretical ideas that served the basis for it) of getting factual data that allow reconstructing and comparing of the corresponding areas of cognitive representations.
The results of cross-cultural research of implicit theories of innovativeness among students and teachers, representatives of three ethnocultural groups: Russians, the people of the North Caucasus (Chechens and Ingushs) and Tuvinians (N=804) are presented. Intergroup differences in implicit theories of innovativeness are revealed: the ‘individual’ theories of innovativeness prevail among Russians and among the students, the ‘social’ theories of innovativeness are more expressed among respondents from the North Caucasus, Tuva and among the teachers. Using the structural equations modeling the universal model of values impact on implicit theories of innovativeness and attitudes towards innovations is constructed. Values of the Openness to changes and individual theories of innovativeness promote the positive relation to innovations. Results of research have shown that implicit theories of innovativeness differ in different cultures, and values make different impact on the attitudes towards innovations and innovative experience in different cultures.
