Социальные услуги как современный драйвер малого предпринимательства и обеспечение его развития на базе инновационных сетевых коворкингов

Small business (SME) development indicators show signs of declining before the pandemic, that is, as early as the results of 2019, which indicates the presence of fundamental development problems. In this paper, the authors made a successful attempt to identify them, associated with a general change in the economic model. The results of the study of V. V. Ivanov are presented for the Ž rst time. within the framework of his theory of social development (TOP), which shows the mechanism and nature of the rapid redistribution of Ž nance in society from means of consumption to means of accumulation, as a result of which the main masses of the population lose real incomes, markets experience the e‘ ect of "overproduction" against the background of the general growth of the money supply, which is extremely di‡ cult to direct into investment. The key destructive element of the mechanism is the uncontrolled increase in the rate of proŽ t of initially innovative products. It is also indicated that during the change of the model, a new product category (agricultural – industrial – services -...) is allocated in the form of a "social service", which, gradually maturing within the current model, should receive its signiŽ cant development in the future, becoming a driver of development. Accordingly, it was revealed that SMEs are an important element of the new model of the economy for the production and delivery of "social services" to consumers, which, when implemented, will ensure their sustainable and long-term growth. The development of SMEs in the current transition period is possible with a signiŽ cant transformation of the working environment and the active use of network methods of organization and digital platforms. In the absence of this kind of change, the SME can actually be taken over and transformed by foreign network solutions, such as Uber in transportation management.
