АКСИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ ПОДХОД К ИЗУЧЕНИЮ МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫХ КОММУНИКАТИВНЫХ СТРАТЕГИЙ СОВЕТСКОГО СОЮЗА В ИНДИИ (НА ОСНОВЕ РАБОТ Л.В. МИТРОХИНА)

The article analyzes the core values and concepts which underlied the interaction between Russia and India and which reflected friendly and partnering relations between countries and peoples. The article emphasizes that the basic values of the Russian-Indian dialogue that were formed in the mid-50s and continued to develop in the 1960s and 1970s during conditions of tough confrontation between the USA and the USSR. This article, on the example of research documents from the personal archive of the indologist L.V. Mitrokhin, demonstrates how to implement friendly communicative scenarios with representatives of various political and social groups in India. In the book of L.V. Mitrokhin “Friends of the Soviet Union”, reprinted in India in 2020 to the 75th anniversary of the victory over fascism, the origins and development of friendship between the peoples of the USSR and India and the beginning of the formation of a mutual positive image in the mass consciousness are shown. On the basis of the analysis of publications and archive documents L.V. Mitrokhin revealed the features of his interaction with representatives of the state, political and intellectual elites of India, who advocated the priorities of peace and universal values. Authors research subject is the unique phenomenon on introduction of basic key ideas and concepts of official propaganda into the world outlook of the interrelated peoples through works of journalist L.V. Mitrokhin. The journalist considered his main scientific priority to work with original sources and search of irrefutable proofs for reconstruction of historical events. The article analyzes the content of the materials of the magazine “Soviet Land” and other publications, which reflected the theme of the basic values of friendship and interaction between India and the USSR.
