Роль ценностей высококвалифицированных специалистов при выборе организации-работодателя

Article presents the results of empirical issue aimed at studying the values of highly qualified specialists and their preferences in choosing the organization for employment. Date was obtained by using a mixed-method design with combining qualitative (interview) and quantitative (survey) methods. Established results made it possible to identify and characterize the hierarchical structure of values and the categorical model of preferences. It was also showed that values as a guideline for HR-branding have significant differences among different groups of highly qualified specialists. Moreover, the internal cluster structure of value types is associated with complexes of organizational preferences that also form a hierarchy and determine the final choice of a potential employee in favor of employment in a particular organization. The results are intended for practical use in order to increase the efficiency of recruiting.
