There were observed the basic elements of socio-cultural development of Russian state such as Russian legal culture, legal policy, legal archetypes, social customs and traditions. Public morals and morality are formed by the Orthodox Christian religious worldview. The society problems are considered in the light of human internal imperfection in which the ideal of the state is to ensure first of all spiritual values.
