ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ ТЕРМИНА КОМПЬЮТЕРНЫХ СИМУЛЯЦИЙ НАУЧНЫХ ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТОВ ЧЕРЕЗ АНАЛИЗ ПРИРОДЫ ФЕНОМЕНА
The article examines the problems of defining the term computer simulations of scientific experiments. The first part analyzes the original method for classifying variations of terms proposed by Duran as the most successful for demonstrating significant existing contradictions among philosophers regarding the place and role of computer simulations in the philosophy of science. In the second part of the article, the term itself is formulated by the author through the identification of the main features of computer simulations as a result of studying the nature of experimental data as transferring traces of an experiment from a graphematical space to a representative one. Following the concept of transposition, the author derives a relevant term from the essence of computer simulations revealed by him, claiming a new epistemological significance for such kind of scientific experiments for the philosophy of science.
This article concerns the problem of predicting the size of company's customer base in case of solving the task of managing its clients. The author purposes a new approach to segment-oriented predicting the size of clients based on adopting the Staroverov's employees moving model. Besides the article includes the limitations of using this model and its modification for each type of relations of the client and the company.
Formation of democratic societies of the Western type presupposes appearance on the historical scene of a new strong actor - the bourgeois class: "No bourgeoisie, no democracy" (Barrington Moore). The articulation and defense of vital interests of that class creates a new social space - "the bourgeois public sphere" which helps to make up "counterbalance" to absolutism of a corporate state - a civil society, the core of which is composed by public opinion. In the confrontation between the authorities and society one of the most important roles is played by the press that provides free debate and discussion of generally valid problems, especially economic and political. The recognition of the mass media role was stamped in its characterization in XIII century as "the fourth power". Technological development of the media incredibly expanded its functions, turning journalists into creating informational analogue of reality, saturating daily life with new meanings. Methods of the representation of reality, the specific nature of political influence of journalists - key members of the reflexive elites (Helmut Shelski), are the themes of this article.

In work the developed model of adaptive management by the vertically integrated companies based on the system approach supporting the mechanism of an operational management in a uniform cycle of strategic planning, within the limits of faster time is presented. Thus for a finding of optimum values of operating parameters special algorithms of a class of genetic algorithms are used, neural networks the example of the developed system of adaptive management for the vertically-integrated oil company is etc. presented.
Th e article is devoted to the secondary nomination. The essence of the act of nomination is to fi x the communication of the subject and name, the phenomenon and its designation, the structures of the consciousness and its object. Man picks the right means of nomination when forms a notion of an object or phenomenon. The results showed that one of the types of secondary nomination is a semantic transposition, which does not change the material appearance of rethoughtful unit and leads to formation of its new value, i.e. for multiple purposes, namely, to metaphor, in particular, an anthropomorphic comparison.
We consider certain spaces of functions on the circle, which naturally appear in harmonic analysis, and superposition operators on these spaces. We study the following question: which functions have the property that each their superposition with a homeomorphism of the circle belongs to a given space? We also study the multidimensional case.
We consider the spaces of functions on the m-dimensional torus, whose Fourier transform is p -summable. We obtain estimates for the norms of the exponential functions deformed by a C1 -smooth phase. The results generalize to the multidimensional case the one-dimensional results obtained by the author earlier in “Quantitative estimates in the Beurling—Helson theorem”, Sbornik: Mathematics, 201:12 (2010), 1811 – 1836.
