The innovative process can't being reduced to a certain look named in the Civil code of the Russian Federation contracts. In this article, the author, studying of Russian and foreign legislation, judicial practice, the scientific works comes to the conclusion, that the mechanism of contractual regulation of this activity plays the defining role in development of innovative process in the Russian Federation.
The paper describes the main issues related to sustainable development of enterprises on the basis of innovation. The results of a research demonstrating the relationship between the position of the enterprise and organization innovation on it. The methodical recommendations on the design strategies of innovative development of the enterprise are proposed.
In the presented study we analyzed psychological determinants of the successful innovation. Correlation analysis between creativity and innovativeness was performed. Knowledge management as an important factor of the innovation process was also analyzed. We were mostly interested in the process of transfer of knowledge. Mutual understanding among subjects, who are involved into production, selection, and implementation of new ideas, is an important factor of successful innovation. We analyzed the procedure of knowledge transformation from the tacit mode to explicit one. In the study we described both mentioned modes of knowledge focusing on metaphor as a tool for knowledge coding. Particular schemes and strategies of the knowledge management were analyzed, too. Results of the study can be applied to enhancing the individual creativity and innovativeness, as well as to various procedures and stages of the innovation management.
The paper is focused on the problem of human creativity within the process of innovation. The most important determinants of the efficacy of different stages of the innovative process are analyzed, as well as their associations. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of process and outcome properties of group creative activity, which involves new idea production, as well as idea improvement and practical implementation. Empirical studies of productive thinking at different stages of the innovative process are described.
