In article the literary practice and a theoretical reflection concerning the personality and works of the issuing Russian poet of the beginning of the XX century, the creative leader of the Russian futurism Velimir Khlebnikov containing in texts of four modern poets positioning themselves as neofuturists and heirs of great “budetlyanin” is considered: Heinrich Sapgir, Gennady Aygi, Alexander Kondratov and Sergey Biryukov representing different regions of distribution of the Russian vanguard and at least two of its generations.
The main directions of inheritance by modern poets to the creative principles and Khlebnikov's strategy are considered: use of word creation, boffinry, anagrammirovaniye and palindromiya, free and geteromorfny verse, the appeal to visuality and the sounding word, an infantile discourse.
The main forms of sendings to Khlebnikov in works of new poets are fixed: references of his name, names of works, names of heroes, citing texts of Khlebnikov.
The specific author's strategy and specific technicians of inheritance are shown. For Sapgir it – practically all range of the specified features of a manner of a predecessor, first of all – use of author's word creation and boffinry, numerous references of the poet and his heroes in poetic and drama texts.
Ayg positively speaks of Khlebnikov in the essays and poems, devotes to anniversary of the poet the special prosymetrical text, and also actively uses the verse types developed by him, especially – the geteromorfical ont.
Kondratov positions Khlebnikov as the main predecessor in the program documents, devotes it the poetic texts, often quotes texts of a predecessor.
Unsociable persons inherits from the senior poet specific acceptances of creativity (a neologiya, boffinry, an anagrammirovaniye and a palindromiya, visual and “zvucharny” poetry, creative behavior), and also does him by the hero of the verses, quotes verses and Velimir's prose.
It is noted that the works of modern poets created “on traces” Khlebnikova are distinguished by rationalism of strategy and the technician who was absent at the futurist. Also the authors inheriting Khlebnikov's traditions, but who weren't mentioned in article are listed.
