Учительская молодежь в формате «молодой специалист»: Санкт-Петербург и Россия
The article reviews the problems of integration of young teachers into their professional field taking into account the external and internal drivers for adoptation. The empirical part of the paper is based on the data derived from two projects: the Young Teachers of St.Petersburg Survey results which was held as a part of pilot and experimental work in 2015-2017 and open data from the Young Teachers of Russia Survey. The research suggests to look at the problem of a "young teacher" from the metropolitan city of St.Petersburg comparing with the one from a midiocre residential area of Russia. The benchmark study is reviewed through the five blocks of "adaptation tasks" for the teachers.
