Подход к обучению стратегии анализа неструктурированных педагогических проблемных ситуаций
The work describes the training of future teachers with orientational basis of action on unstructured pedagogical problem situation analysis. The experiment shows that the content of knowledge on the composition and structure of steps which are to be implemented in order to analyze unstructured problems are the external cause of enhancing the effectiveness of the unstructured problem solving in number and categorical diversity of developed solutions.
Hi-tech innovative alliances tend to have more key sustainable competitive advantages in comparison with those out of alliance, especially because alliances allow the companies to switch through the partners the financial burdens and intellectual investments in innovations. BRIC make an important input into Gross World Production and its hi-tech industries grow faster than others over developing countries. However companies of these industries still lack internal resources of innovative and technological facilities, e.g. Russian companies, because of that alliances (usually, international anв transnational) acquire more and more popularity. Alliances give the access towards resources and competences of the direct and indirect partners. The paper describes the empirical evidence of alliances efficiency factors and its influence on the high-tech companies of India and China. This evidence can be replicable to some extent and useful to the development of Russian companies. According to the testing results it is possible to assume, that efficiency of alliances has the significant impact on the corporate value in the mid-term. The crisis has significant impact on the observable dependencies.
The article is focused on the problem of correlation of self-determination and identity. Modern models of self-determination and identity, their structure, kinds and classifications are described in detail. The author's model of identity dynamics on the basis of such mechanisms as identification, interoirizations and self-determination is offered.
The problematic of self-organising and development of a person in formation is analyzed in the article from the point of systematic and methodological and reflective-psychological positions. The role of reflexion in self-organisation of students is studied, various levels of a self-reflexion are differentiated, and their interaction as the backbone factor of self-organising of consciousness of a person in problematic conflict situation is characterized. Diagnostic and developing reflective technologies of activization and self-organisation of students' personalities in the course of vocational training by means of reflective dialogue and reflective polilogue.
