The article presents the analysis of network interaction in solving problems of improving the quality of education in schools with low learning outcomes and in schools functioning in diffi cult social conditions, models of network interaction, their basic forms, both full-time and virtual.
The article sums up the results of a ten-year experiment on introducing the rating assessment system in Russian higher schools, discloses the minuses of the method of key points, offers and explains the method of monitoring the quality of students’ knowledge on the basis of systematic audio-testing that stimulates the improving of the discipline and provides a more objective assessment of their achievements.
The work describes the training of future teachers with orientational basis of action on unstructured pedagogical problem situation analysis. The experiment shows that the content of knowledge on the composition and structure of steps which are to be implemented in order to analyze unstructured problems are the external cause of enhancing the effectiveness of the unstructured problem solving in number and categorical diversity of developed solutions.
The paper presents the conditions for implementing a model of student self-governance in educational institutions. It is proposed the use of student government conditions for the realization of extracurricular activities as an effective means of socialization in the implementation of the requirements of the GEF.
