Проблемы и возможности развития инновационных качеств человеческого капитала российских предприятий
The article is devoted to the basic problems of the development of innovative and effective use of human capital in Russian enterprises. This work highlights such problems as inadequate system of professional training, the difficulty of getting the necessary skills and knowledge that young specialists face in the period of their study, non-optimal conditions of the organizational environment. The author offers several ways of solution at the macro and micro level: improving the contract system; creating the additional tax and other incentives for hiring young professionals and staff development; improving information links between employers, educational institutions and directly to students; the development of organizational culture in enterprises.
