The distribution of the deuterium and hydrogen in tungsten assemblies of the two foils by detecting recoil (Elastic Recoil Detection Analysis - ERDA). Tungsten foil obtained by rolling ingots or pressing of powder sintered preforms. Irradiation was carried out ten and twenty pulses deuterium plasma generated at the "plasma focus" -PF-4. It was found that irradiation occurs ultradeep penetration of implanted hydrogen and deuterium redistribution tungsten foils present in the gas as impurities.
