The author analyzes a legal status of Presidential Administration of Russia, revealing key lines of its legal status, in the article on wide theoretical and applied material. Addressing to a question of constitutional and legal limits of its competence he marks that most fully they are regulated in the sphere of administrative (state) law, but in the constitutional law framework the bases of these limits is the principles of democracy, separation of powers and decentralization.
