This leads company's management to an understanding of the fact that companies need to change the direction of the applied force from the area of ​​extensive growth towards to intensification. One of the factors to increase the intensification of the telecommunications company is planning the tariff policy strategy. This is primarily due to the diversification of the tariff plans of the company, taking into account user preferences. This work is devoted to modeling the tariff policy of a company, taking into account user preferences and the preferences of investors.
