Исследование влияния конструктивных особенностей модулей полугусеничного хода на вибронагруженность сельскохозяйственного трактора
BACKGROUND: Heavy agricultural wheeled machinery (tractors and harvesters) exerts significant impact on the soil cover. This happens due to a high average and peak ground pressure on the soil under the elements of the wheels. Significant pressure on the soil can have negative consequences for soil fertility or lead to loss of the vehicle mobility on low-bearing-capacity soils. In recent years, a method for reducing soil pressure from wheeled tractors and harvesters by application of track modules, the so-called delta tracks, which replace wheels at tractors and harvesters with minor modifications/refitting of agricultural machinery, has gained widespread use. The analysis of the designs of track modules of foreign agricultural machinery has shown that their suspension systems can vary from the complete absence of suspension – a rigid suspension system, to suspensions for all track rollers. A simplified suspension system of agricultural vehicles cannot provide sufficient reduction of the vibrational loads on the vehicle elements and on the operator or driver’s seat. This deteriorates such an important consumer property as ride comfort. Therefore, reducing the vibration load on agricultural machinery during technological operations is a relevant task.AIM: Study of the influence of design features of suspension systems in track modules on the vibration load at the operator’s seat of a 6 drawbar category agricultural tractor.METHODS: This research was performed with the use of the simulation mathematical model of tractor ride through road irregularities, developed in a multibody dynamics analysis software.RESULTS: A comparison of various module options has shown that the simplified suspension system with rubber buffers, unlike modules with pneumohydraulic suspension of the support rollers, does not allow meeting vibration load standards without the use of secondary suspension for the cab or operator’s seat.CONCLUSION: The practical value of the research lies in the possibility of using the simulation mathematical model developed in the multibody dynamics analysis software to assess the vibration load of vehicles with complex suspension kinematics.
