Now days the conditions of high-quality traffic management is one of the most important factors in improving the organization of space in the old industrial cities, one of the tools which can be the realization of complex schemes of movement. The problem is that now, in most cases, the development of complex schemes of movement in old industrial cities, replaced by the development of local projects, the organization of movement in places where vehicles, excluding the territorial specificity of an old industrial town. We put forward the hypothesis that a comprehensive scheme of movement necessarily need to be developed taking into account the peculiarities of the territorial structure of the old industrial city in which functions of the street and road network. As part of this chapter we will conduct verification of this hypothesis, based on a theoretical basis and practical implementation of the extended positions. As the object of research is the street and road network is an old industrial city - Perm, which has complicated the organization of traffic, caused by elongation of the city along the river Kama and the location of the city on the opposite banks of the river, which necessitates the connection parts of the city.
The article analyses the determinants of job mobility of young workers on the Russian labor market as well as the impact of high level of job mobility on future wages. The analysis is based on the data of the Russia Longitudinal Monitoring Survey (RLMS) for 2000–2010. The results show that mobility decreases as the person ages; more educated young workers change their jobs more often than less educated ones. The estimations also show that 1 or 2 moves during 4 years (compared to zero moves) positively affect future wages, whereas 3 moves during 4 years do not have significant impact on it.
Traffic jam on the road network of cities, increasing transportation costs and other negative consequences, require new solutions to improve mobility in the traffic. This problem is one of the most important for old industrial cities, where it is impossible to expand the road network. This article is analyzed of the main ways to improve traffic management in old industrial city of using new innovation modern transport systems.
In an analysis of research data on three generations of Russians, it was found that the impetus prompted by the social and economic transformation in the early 1990s that opened up opportunities for social and professional growth had been practically exhausted by late 2006, and the tendency toward downward social mobility has become more pronounced. This provides evidence that the social structure of today's Russia is "stagnant" and there are no positive shifts in its dynamics.
