1st Mediterranean Conference on Embedded Computing, MECO 2012. Advances and Challenges in Embedded Computing: Proceedings
MECO-2012 is an attempt to bring together leading engineers, technologists and scientists in the field of embedded computing and related from Mediterranean area and from around the globe. Montenegro does not wish just to show that is a beautiful tourist country, and affable host, but that has also significant scientific and technological potential, and although a geographically small country may play significant role in the world of advanced technologies. Frankly, at the beginning of this project we had not anticipated it will attract so many papers, lectures and presenters, but now we have got more than 100 from more than 30 countries. Since this is our first conference, we are confident that the next, MECO-2013 can do it even better. At the end, we wish to thank all the authors who submitted papers and who have came here to participate in the conference. Our deepest appreciation goes to the 100+ researchers who served as Organizing Committee members, Science Committee members and external reviewers for their extraordinary dedication and distinguished efforts to serve MECO scientific community.
