Using the Singular Value Decomposition of Matrixs for Signal Processing
The method described in the article is used to identify radio transmitting devices by means of the singular value decomposition. The method uses the construction of matrix components phase portraits. Usually the main source of information for identifying individual signs of operating radio facilities should be considered samples from the analyzed signals. Samples of sufficiently large length, obtained with a small time interval of sampling, are one of the most informative objects with respect to the properties of the signals under research. Thus, the equipment required for obtaining time series can be either specialized means, or digital oscilloscopes with the necessary operating frequency range can be used for this purpose. Identification of radiating radio facilities is possible. It is possible on the basis of a set of fixed radio emission parameters, individual values of which are inherent to each radio-emitting device, and can act as "features" of its individual portrait. Different individual features of the transmitting equipment should be considered.
