The article is devoted to the problem of the influence of fitness bloggers on the formation of standards of beauty and health among students is an urgent task. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the popularity of social networks and fitness influencers, which actively form ideas about beauty and a healthy lifestyle among young people. Social platforms provide fitness bloggers with unique opportunities to distribute content that has a profound impact on the perception of body and health ideals. However, despite the positive aspects, such as increasing motivation for physical activity and promoting a healthy lifestyle, there are significant risks associated with the spread of unrealistic standards of beauty and health. The authors made an attempt to assess the impact of fitness influencers on the formation of standards for a beautiful and healthy body among a wide audience and identify potential problems that may arise when viewing or buying content from fitness bloggers.
