КУЛЬТУРНЫЙ КОД НАЦИИ: ПРИНЦИП НАЦИОНАЛЬНОЙ ЦЕННОСТНОЙ ОРИЕНТАЦИИ
The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of a new interpretation of the concept of cultural code. The authors point to the two-sided nature of the analyzed cultural phenomenon, highlighting the integration of two multidirectional processes in it: translation and interpretation of cultural values. In this publication, national cultural values are considered one of the fundamental principles in the interpretation of the cultural codes of individual nations. The purpose of the article is to describe the dynamic model of the cultural code developed by the authors, in which the ratio of the structural components of the model is presented, the principles of the formation of cultural codes of nations in a new interpretation are indicated, and the concepts of system-administrative cultural code of the nation and code of cultural expression and ritual interaction of the nation are additionally introduced. The main research methods are the structural and functional method, classification, method of analysis and synthesis, as well as symbolic interactionism. In the discussion part of the article, the authors compare generally accepted cultural terms that somehow intersect with the concept of cultural code, pointing out the differential features of the concept under study. The process of universalizing cultural norms in the global society is illustrated by utilizing the ethnocultures of the CIS nations as an example to show how national cultural values coincide and overlap. The primary features of the phenomenon under investigation were discovered as a result of the research that was done, and errors in previous definitions of the cultural code were removed. Additionally, the definition of the cultural code was changed based on the dynamic interactive model that the authors had suggested. In conclusion, the main provisions put forward for discussion in the article are summarized, and the range of issues and problems related to the phenomenon of cultural code is outlined.
