Принципы «музеефикации современности» и актуализации художественного наследия в отечественных институциях 2000–2020-х годов

The article is devoted to the problem of institutional construction in field of contemporary art in Russia. The authors analyze main di rections of development of the art system, history of its formation and principles of organization, where one of the key topics is relat ing classical and contemporary art. The article discusses the reasons why a full-fledged museum of contemporary art has not been devel oped in the Russian context and what structures have taken on its system-forming functions. Authors identify several approaches to the «museumification» of contemporary artistic practices and their representatives with classical museum collections.
