In this paper, a novel Tensor-based MIMO precoder algorithm that significantly reduces computational complexity compared to the classical SVD precoder is proposing. This approach is based on the well-known tensor decomposition (Tucker decomposition), which allows to represent and process of multidimensional data arrays efficiently. The approach significantly reduces the dimensionality of the problem leading to a substantial decrease in computational costs. Numerical experiments demonstrate that the proposed Tensor-based MIMO precoder provides comparable performance to the SVD precoder while significantly reducing computational complexity.

Concatenated codes are currently being actively investigated for the next-generation wireless communication sys tems due to their flexibility and ability to be used in various scenarios. The serial type of concatenation provides good error correcting properties with a potential reduction in complexity when an iterative concatenated decoder is used at the receiver side. One of ...

A new approach to code-based cryptosystems is pro-posed that extends the classical McEliece cryptosystem because its public code is not equivalent to a secret code, as well as a non-trivial linear transformation of the error vector is used. Moreover, in the new system, legal users decipher secret messages via correction t′ errors and S erasures, while illegal users must ...

Congestion control is one of the key mechanisms of communication in QUIC protocol which controls how much data and at which rate can be send to an endpoint at particular moment of time for better use of shared network resources and avoids moving into congestive collapse state. In this work we tackle the problem of ...

The paper considers the problem of assessing the criticality of defects in smart contracts, defines the constituent parameters of criticality of defects and substantiates their representation in the form of LR-type fuzzy numbers. An approach based on the use of LR-type fuzzy numbers and nonlinear optimization methods is proposed to assess the criticality of defects ...

The EAEU and the CSTO are Russia’s principal regional international organisations. Understanding, assessing, and analysing the foreign-policy positions of the countries that belong to them is a matter of the state’s national interests. This determines the purpose of the study: to identify the level and the form of cohesion in the voting of EAEU and ...

Oil spill segmentation in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images is limited by noisy annotations in publicly available datasets and by architectural choices that interact with label quality in opposing directions. First, we introduce a manually refined version of the Deep-SAR Oil Spill (SOS) dataset, in which 36.25% of masks are corrected for false positives, missed ...

This paper discusses the concept of neural networks, convolutional neural networks, their architecture and their operation principle. The main attention is paid to testing the reliability of storing images of people as embeddings, which are considered to be unrecoverable in the original image. In the course of the research an experiment is carried out: the ...

When data are incomplete, standard fuzzy data mining methods face an unacceptable trade-off: deleting objects with missing values loses up to a third of the sample and introduces systematic bias under the MAR mechanism, while mean imputation destroys the covariance structure and produces rules with artificially inflated support. This paper proposes a different solution - ...

We develop a neural network approach to solve the self-consistent Bogoliubov-de Gennes equations in strongly disordered s-wave superconductors. The method accurately reproduces inhomogeneous gap distributions and generalizes to system sizes far larger than those used in training. It reduces computational scaling from O(N6 ) to O(N2), enabling quantitative analysis of percolation phenomena and the superconductor-insulator ...

Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) analysis from two-dimensional (2D) clinical imaging is hindered by uncontrolled slice tilt and geometric inconsistencies that violate the assumptions of pose-agnostic deep learning (DL) models. This paper proposes a unified geometry-aware, frequency-domain framework for tilted slice localization and ischemic stroke segmentation that explicitly decouples pose estimation from lesion analysis. The method ...

The cardinality-constrained Markowitz problem is NP-hard and traditionally solved with commercial MIQP solvers. Following the 2022 export restrictions that rendered both commercial MIQP software and cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, D-Wave Leap) inaccessible from the Russian Federation, practitioners require open-source alternatives. This paper systematically compares three solver families for the discrete mean-variance problem: two open-source ...
